职位描述

1.Manage the quality related issues in plant.

2.Fully developing & implementing a full Quality Operating System with all key measurable.

3.Roll out Global Strategy throughout the organization.

4.Lead weekly DOA Triage meeting and monthly quality meeting driving quality performance improvement.

5.Lead analysis on DOA quality issues using 8D, Red X or 6-sigma problem solving tools.

6.Set up Quality System, Advance Quality Planning, control processes and PPAP documentation. Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained.

7.Undertakes continuous improvement projects:APQP, IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, and others as required from QOS and DOS.

8.Ensure the implementation of adequate evaluation tools, e.g.: Product inspection and testing, process/product audits, measurement equipment management, appropriate SPC techniques, etc.

9.Responsible for the quality control of process, the control of non-conformance parts and products.

10.Implement internal audit, process audit (Process audit tool or VDA6.3) and product audit (e.g. VDA6.5) in production lines.

11.Intensify special process audit on internal and external processes

12.Ensure that Customer’s and internal requirements are addressed, and satisfied.

13.Promote Customer satisfaction/success and manage quality related issues with customers;

14.Fully developing & implementing a Supplier Quality control system and organization. Manage quality related issues with suppliers (in line with the corresponding internal Departments)

15.Drive continuous improvement for quality related issues / processes; e.g. by evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of the quality and reliability of the products.

16.Promote awareness of the importance of the key quality related jobs within the operation;

17.Management of personnel and resources assigned to provide quality support to the shop floor and internal/external Customers.

18.Provide quality related internal / external training for all employees; e.g. training for new employees.

19.Production data & records collection and measuring.

20.Functional support operations manager and plant General Manager for broad issues.

任职资格

1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality required. Advanced degree a plus.

2.-10 years of related manufacturing & assembly work experience.   Experience in gear, axle, or drive-train related components a plus.

3.Must have strong project management skills.

4.Trained in error proofing techniques.  

5.Experienced in gaging techniques and gage selection.

6.Six sigma Black Belt or Red X Journeyman certifications a plus.  

7.Must be computer proficient, trained in APQP, PPAP, PSW, FMEA, ISO/TS, Gage R & R, SPC, Error proofing, CMM and metrology, problem solving and corrective action.  .

8.Must be experienced in managing people, including shop floor level inspectors as well as degreed professional quality engineers.

9.Must have a demonstrated career history of assuming increased job responsibilities and a record of successes against measured targets.

10.Highly level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.

11.Various gage usage. Well know documents and records regulations.
