职位描述

· Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and a quality management system on the basis of Company standards. Develop and specify inspection and test plans on the basis of internal quality assurance procedures, methods, and tools based on Company standards. Support the certification according to ISO TS16949.

· Coordinate quality audits of existing processes and products and coordinate the involvement of in- and external auditors. Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of solutions.

· Prepare quality management analyses in case of new or modified products and processes.

· Cooperate with customers, subcontractors, and independent inspection, and actively engage in the global Company Quality Management Network.

· Lead, motivate, and develop reporting staff and provide training on the subject of quality management.

Develop continuous improvement programs as well as coordinate and participate in projects and sub-projects.

任职资格

· Bachelor's Degree in engineering or quality management or above.

· Min. 5 years of professional experience in Auto Parts industry.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to communicate with people of different professional levels.

· Strong leadership and management skills.

Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
